I just wanted to say Thank you to Kerry and the staff at Napleton's in Rockford, IL. I had a key chain kefob, for my ML that never worked, and my other one needed new batteries. I just stopped by with out an appointment and I was taken care of promptly and curteously. I tried to pay for my services at the parts department, then went accross to the Mercedes office, and Kerry said he took care of it. I said but I didn't pay yet, I just came from parts, they told me to come over here to take care of it. He smiled, laughed and said no it's taken care of, no charge. I am sure it was more than a battery, it needed to be synced with my car. Kerry took care of it! WE have had the car over two years. We are a busy family and rarely home to "make the appointment".
I would have never thought I could just get in, without an appointment and still have such great service and such happy employees to deal with.
Everyone was very happy and friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers! You have definately won our business for all our auto service needs. I own my own cleaning business and know how much that means to a business to have the employees represent you so well. I just wanted to let you know, Great job! I will tell everone!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2004 Subaru Forester from Napleton Auto Werks. Our salesman, Larry Bergquist, went out of his way to accomodate us in choosing our new vehicle. We initially came to see a vehicle we saw online, and he took us to the other facility to see that vehicle, which was sold before we got there. Larry was undaunted and took us through all three of their local lots looking at other vehicles that fit our search. We found the (our) Subaru that was in immaculate condition inside and out and just inside our price range.

Our buying experience was very low pressure, and Larry was incredibly helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in a vehicle and that we were well informed about the vehicle.

We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Napleton's again, and have already recommended Napletons and Larry to our family and friends.

This was my first experience with Napleton Auto. However, Tom Charter is the go to guy! I have bought several cars from Tom now. He used to work at another dealer. And when he moved, so did I. The latest vehicle was to be a company car. The boss told me to get something inexpensive and to do it fast. It needed to be big enough to haul a few cases of product as well as be comfortable enough to be behind the wheel up to 8 hours a day every day. I gave Tom everything the new vehicle should have. Within an hour he called me up to let me know he found what I needed. He got us a great price for a great car. I have never been disappointed with Tom's results. He goes above and beyond what is necessary. I have 1 more kid needing to get a car in about a year. We definately will be giving Tom and Napleton another call

Just wanted to thank you for a painless car buying experience, we love our new Q7! We really enjoyed working with you and I'm so glad that you insisted on us driving the Audi to compare it to the other vehicle we were interested in purchasing. If we wouldn't have driven the Q7 I think we would have settled for the other one and ultimately I probably would not have been as happy as I am with the Q7. It was very refreshing to have a sales person that was more interested in our satisfaction than actually making a sale.
